The Building

IVY at Riverfront is a 46-story condominium tower at 90 SW 3rd Street on the Miami River, in the gated Riverfront community on the edge of Brickell. It was developed by Key International and completed in 2008, designed by the Miami firm Revuelta Vega Leon, and commands roughly 900 linear feet of river frontage connected to the Riverwalk.
Its roughly 504 residences run from one- to three-bedroom homes — about 722 to 1,662 square feet — up to two-level penthouses of as much as about 2,456 square feet with private rooftop terraces and Jacuzzis. Every home features floor-to-ceiling glass, glass-railing balconies, an in-unit washer and dryer and river or skyline views.
Residents enjoy an infinity-edge pool and a lap pool over the river, a spa and fitness center, lighted tennis and an outdoor sports area, meditation gardens, a riverfront club with a restaurant and bar, a private boat dock, a children's playground and 24-hour valet and security — a short walk from Brickell City Centre and the Metromover.
